- Raise complaints and seek redressal through SEBI’s SCORES platform if unresolved.
- Responsibilities of Investors
Investors are expected to:
- Deal only with SEBI-registered Research Analysts; verify registration on SEBI website.
- Read and understand all disclosures, disclaimers, and terms before acting on research.
- Pay only through banking channels; never in cash.
- Seek clarification on recommendations before making investment decisions.
- Not share sensitive credentials like account passwords with any analyst.
- Raise grievances promptly, if any, for quick resolution.
- Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Step 1: Contact Vardaan Capital directly via registered email / contact form / helpline.
- Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to SEBI’s SCORES Portal (https://scores.sebi.gov.in).
- Step 3: Further escalation possible via arbitration / conciliation as per regulations.
Turnaround Time (TAT): All grievances will be acknowledged promptly and resolved within 21 days.
