Step 1: Raise Your Complaint with Us

Please mention your Name, Contact Details, and a clear description of the issue for faster resolution.

Step 2: Acknowledgement

  • Once a complaint is received, we will acknowledge it within 2 working days.

Step 3: Resolution Timeline

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 21 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • If the issue requires more time, the client will be informed about the reason for delay and expected resolution timeline.

Step 4: Escalation to SEBI

If the client is not satisfied with our resolution, they may escalate the complaint to SEBI through the SCORES Portal:

Step 5: Review & Compliance

  • All grievances and their resolutions are documented and reviewed periodically.
